Orange Ginger Jam

The jams are handcrafted in Quiberon by La Cour d´Orgères. They are made exclusively from noble raw materials, without any coloring or preservative. The ginger root has been delicately grated by hand to reveal its intense fragrance. The oranges were selected untreated for their taste, the smoothness of their skin and the quality of the juice. It is a marmalade with melting rinds enhanced by the ginger tonic.
