Our artisanal cannery, anchored in Périgord since the 1940s, is a family business that bears the name and values of a family committed to the quality and gastronomic tradition of its region. Over the course of alliances and generations, the name which Grand Aunt Alice Lembert inherited and which marks the origin of the family business, has been erased from the civil status of the current managers. Maison Lembert nevertheless retains the identity and history that have remained attached to its name for 4 generations.
More than ever, buying foodstuffs, whatever the destination between nutrition and the pleasures of the table, is a civic act that has a heavy impact on different registers such as health, taste, gastronomic interest, protection of the natural heritage that we will pass on to our children... This is why we choose to work with products from local production and to make our recipes without preservatives or coloring agents.
