Designed in Lyon in 2022 in the kitchens of a family French sushi restaurant, this sauce is quickly establishing itself in the landscape of delicatessens and restaurant kitchens committed to taste.
It is available in two recipes - savory and sweet - and offers exceptional quality: natural fermentation for 10 months, strong umami taste, unfiltered, reduced in salt by half compared to competitors & 100% natural.
