LOUISE BON is the Lentillon de la Champagne specialist based in Reims with know-how passed down for five generations. The Lentillon small and rosé or "Lentille de la Reine" because very appreciated by Marie Leszynska, wife of Louis XV is a unique product, exclusively produced in limestone terroir of Champagne whose limestone nature of the soil gives it a refined sweet and strong flavor. appreciated by great chefs and gastronomes in France. It is eaten throughout the year in salads and goes wonderfully with fish, shellfish, foie gras and meat.
