From harvest to bottle Throughout the year we harvest, in the wild, and cultivate most of the plants and fruits necessary for our production. These local mountain resources allow us to develop high-end, refined and elegant spirits. These convivial moments of picking in nature exalt the passion we have for our place of life. As you will have understood, local resources are the pillar of our concept. Some of these pickings are made at very high altitude between 2800 and 3600m for the Black Génépi for example. Our orchards as well as our high altitude gardens are cultivated naturally, the vagaries of nature therefore give us different harvests each year. This is a real wealth for us.
