Nuts - MOUNTAIN APERITIF

It’s our grandmothers’ recipe, a Proust madeleine guaranteed! An elegant nutty wine with citrus notes and powerful tannins. The marked astringency leaves a strong persistence in the mouth. We collect the nuts in our forests when they are still green, usually for Midsummer in the summer.
