French house which draws its origins from the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, in Cantal at the foot of Puy Mary and Puy Griou.
It was born around a milk cheese
vintage SALERS breed “Le Salérac”. A unique and emblematic product of family know-how in this field. So we mature in our own cellars using the same methods as the founder, Marie Séverac.
Thanks to its weight of approximately 700 g, its small volume format and a long shelf life, LE SANERAC is perfectly suited to new consumption patterns and is very easy to transport.
