APPELATION AOC Chablis LOCATION Located near Auxerre in the Yonne department, the Chablis vineyard runs along the Serein river. GRAPE VARIETY 100% Chardonnay VINIFICATION AND AGEING Traditional vinification with ageing in stainless steel vats. TASTING NOTES Has a fairly clear, pale gold color with a very fresh, lively and mineral nose. A fresh and fine mouth with a beautiful persistent length. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING Serve at 10/11°C as an aperitif of course, but also with fish or poultry terrines. Also very suitable for exotic cuisine.
