Chateau Baracan 2019 Cadillac Cotes de Bordeaux

Château Baracan is a very old estate located in the commune of Capian, belonging to the Gonfrier family since 1989. Aware of the great value of the terroir, the new owners have completely overhauled the vineyard. Thanks to the diversity of its grape varieties, it gives it great complexity. Vintage 2019: A wine with a purplish color and a fruity nose revealing its youth. We discover a dense and silky mouth, on a finish full of freshness generating a nice balance. Grapes: 40% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot Silver Medal Bordeaux 2020
