This new Special Edition of ASSEMBLAGE Whiskeys reveals new terroirs and various maturings. With 1,500 bottles, this Pure Malt Whiskey will be available for delivery from the beginning of November. Story ASSEMBLAGE whiskeys are the result of the collaboration between Aymeric oenologist, father of the French whiskeys A. Roborel de Climens, and the Nadé brothers, founders of Maison Mounicq, specialized in the development of spirits made from grapes such as Vodka Nadé , Gins Avem and Fine Ô Chartrons. The people of Bordeaux have combined their know-how in order to design an anthology of whiskeys imbued with their common passion: the vine. For this edition, the two brothers, inspired by their winegrower roots, have selected and assembled a barrel of Alsatian Whiskey refined by Aymeric in an old wine barrel and a barrel of Charentais Whiskey, refined in an old Cognac barrel, with exotic notes. and fruity. This new alliance gives birth to the Whiskey ASSEMBLAGE Hors-Série. Aromatic profile Between power and softness, the ex-cognac barrel finish brings exotic notes of banana, caramelized apple, but also pear. These aromas with a slightly smoky touch bring strength and character to this Pure Malt Whisky. The ex-Castle of Cabernet-Franc, AOC Chinon, arouses a fruity and slightly candied touch, evoking the fruits of the forest, which gives finesse and structure to the Assemblage Hors Série.
