Gin Avem Hippolais is a London Dry Gin characterized by fine notes of candied lemon, punctuated by subtle floral touches as well as a lovely peppery length in the mouth. It is a gourmet gin, equally good served pure at room temperature or with a tonic on crushed white grapes, recalling its wine origins. Avem Gins are experimental gins made from grapes from the prestigious Bordeaux region using an ancestral method: the art of blending. Our first Gin, Hippolais, has received twelve international awards, including the gold medal at the Concours International de Paris this year.
