The Gin Avem Hippolais is a London Dry Gin characterized by fine notes of candied lemons, punctuated by subtle floral touches as well as a beautiful peppery length in the mouth. It is a gourmet gin, both served neat at room temperature or enhanced with a tonic on crushed white grapes, reminiscent of its wine origins. Avem Gins are experimental gins made from grapes from the prestigious Bordeaux region using an ancestral method: the art of blending. Our first Gin, Hippolais, received three international distinctions. It recently won a design medal at the 2022 World Gin Awards.
