Gin Avem Hippolais is a London Dry Gin characterized by fine notes of candied lemon, punctuated by subtle floral touches as well as a lovely peppery length in the mouth. It is a gourmet gin, equally good served pure at room temperature or with a tonic on crushed white grapes, recalling its wine origins. Avem Gins are experimental gins made from grapes from the prestigious Bordeaux region using an ancestral method: the art of blending. Our first Gin, Hippolais, received eleven international awards. It won a design medal at the 2022 World Gin Awards. Hippolais was also awarded a Bronze medal in the Gin & Tonic category at the 2022 International Wine and Spirit Competition. These awards are in addition to the gold and silver medals from the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021 and 2022 as well as the medals from the International Spirits Challenge 2020 and the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2021 and 2022.
