HISTORY Rosa is a creation of the Nadé brothers, founders of Maison Mounicq, established south of Bordeaux. Inspired by the “blending” technique of Bordeaux cellar masters, they revisit mint liqueur by combining peppermint, grape alcohol, hyssop and rose, offering freshness, roundness and complexity to the liqueur. Named Rosa, in homage to wine growing traditions which consist of planting rose bushes at the top of the rows of vines in order to watch over the vineyard. AROMATIC PROFILE Rosa is a mint liqueur which is distinguished on the nose by powerful, airy and spicy menthol notes. On the palate, these nuances give way to intense freshness, supported by elegant vegetal and lemony notes. In the finish, an unexpected and creamy sweetness delicately invades our palate, punctuated by a finely peppery finish. Its mint and peppermint essences give a real freshness, harmonized by floral notes. The result is a lot of deliciousness and delicacy, an irresistible invitation to taste. This liqueur is best enjoyed chilled, but not iced. Rosa can also be enjoyed lengthened with neutral sparkling water or combined with a subtly bitter and delicately sweet tonic, thus preserving the singular harmony of this French liqueur.
