Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience.Our priority for this recipe was to recreate the faithful taste of the canelé, its caramelized crust and its soft heart flavored with vanilla and rum. Born in the convents of Bordeaux, this iconic dessert combines tradition and indulgence.
