Our arranged rums pay homage to traditional French flavors. This France - with such a unique gastronomic heritage - where each region passionately cultivates its own flavors and traditions. Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience.Our priority for this recipe was to recreate the faithful taste of chestnut cream, sweet and fragrant, which evokes the authentic flavors of autumn. Originally from Ardèche, this creamy purée is made with chestnuts (and not sweet chestnuts!).
