Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience.Our priority for this recipe was to recreate the faithful taste of Kouign Amann, this cake made from puff pastry, generously buttered and sweetened before being folded and caramelized, an icon of Breton pastry, whose name means “butter cake” in Breton.
