Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience. Our priority for this recipe was to faithfully recreate the taste of gingerbread. This "cake" dates back to medieval times, when it was appreciated for its richness in exotic spices. Symbol of the Alsatian Christmas markets, it embodies the winter art of living and the end-of-year celebrations.
