Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience.Our priority for this recipe was to recreate the faithful taste of blueberry pie, combining a crispy shortcrust pastry with a generous blueberry filling. A speciality of mountainous regions, where wild blueberries grow in abundance, this tart is ideal to enjoy warm or cold, on its own or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
