Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience.Our priority for this recipe was to faithfully recreate the taste of tarte tatin, its crispy pastry and its caramelized apples. This pastry, born in a hotel in Sologne, from a mistake by the Tatin sisters in the 19th century, has become an icon of French pastry.
