Maison Parel - Harvest - Vintage 2021

Vendanges is a lively, elegant and floral white wine made exclusively from the Savoyard Jacquère grape variety. This cuvée is intended to reflect this moment of celebration that is the harvest each year in the vineyard. The vines flourish on the glacial moraines of the Myans plateau, halfway between the Bauges and Granier massifs. The cultivation of the vines and the vinification in the cellar are minimally interventionist and respectful of the terroir. The profile sought in the glass is that of an initially mineral wine, offering a second gourmet palate with notes of white fruits. Blend: 100% Jacquère Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Racking and aging on fine lees for 10 months before bottling. Terroir: Glacial moraines of the Myans plateau in Savoie (73). Tasting: Pale lemon color, citrus notes on the nose, beautiful minerality and salinity on the palate. Food and wine pairings: Fillet of perch meunières, platter of fresh goat's cheese, fish ceviche with citrus fruits.
