Established in the heart of the Landes since 1907, Maison Paris is above all a family story passionate about the work of fatted duck, attached to the quality of its products and respect for ancestral know-how.
Today, it is Sandrine and her daughter Marie, 4th and 5th generation of the Paris family who are part of this quality approach.
We work in a short supply chain with around ten breeders, located within a 40 km radius of our workshop. The fatted ducks are raised outdoors on grassy and tree-lined paths, following the strict Label Rouge specifications with respect for animal welfare and the terroir. These breeding methods optimize the qualitative development of our foie gras and our meats.
We make 100% of our preserves in an artisanal manner following old-fashioned recipes.
