At Maison Peltier, since 1946 we have been selecting the best partner beekeepers to offer you 100% natural, unpasteurized monofloral honeys with unique flavors and textures. We put the same care into our gingerbread, cakes and biscuits: French ingredients, mostly grown within 50 km of our workshops, short recipes, no colouring, no preservatives, no palm oil.
At Baramel, we have been Breton beekeepers and pastry chefs since 1980, guided by a sincere passion for living things and agriculture that respects natural balances. Our honeys are neither heated nor filtered in order to preserve all their richness. Our biscuits and pastries are made with organic, fresh and whole ingredients. Our bulk product range — honeys, biscuits, dried fruits — is sourced directly from producers, processed and packaged in our own workshop in Brittany.
