Toulouse pork cassoulet

It is in France, in Castelnaudary, that we prepare this Toulouse “tomato” cassoulet according to a traditional recipe. We cook sausages and beans from France in a broth whose family recipe has been kept secret for 3 generations. This is what makes our cassoulet delicious and authentic!
