Aude sunflower honey - 125g jar

This honey, straw yellow in color tending towards orange, has mild aromas and a very smooth texture. It is perfect for sweetening without giving too much flavor.It keeps very well but, being monofloral, tends to crystallize quite quickly.& nbsp;Beekeeper Paul Luttge, 32, grew up in the countryside a few kilometers from the Cistercian abbey of Saint-Hilaire, nestled in the Lauquet valley a few kilometers from Carcassonne (Aude). Paul started beekeeping in 2009 after completing his studies.& nbsp; He raises his own queens and has built a honey house with a cold extraction line.  He works as a family with his wife Jacinthe and his two young children.Paul practices transhumant beekeeping.Depending on the time of year and the blooms, the hives will stay between Corbières, Ariège, Montagne Noire or even the foothills of the Pyrenees.
