This honey from Puy-de-Dôme is of high quality and comes from a varied flora. Le Clos du Nid brings you here the fruit of its work in collaboration with a concerned beekeeper, Damien Berthoulat. A Lozère beekeeper and beekeeping trainer, he trains and assists all the workers at Clos du Nid in choosing locations for the hives, looking after the swarms and hives, then harvesting and potting the precious honey. Did you know that? The “Montagne” designation for honey is a sign of quality recognized in the same way as AOC, AOP or labels.
