Maison Tirot is a French manufacturer of wooden toys. Founded in 1946 in Brittany, it has the particular know-how of the manufacture of navigable toy boats. As in the early days, we continue today to manufacture our boats according to the same gestures as 75 years ago.
From 2012 to 2021, Maison Tirot is labeled 'EPV' Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant Français. It is a mark of recognition by the State, set up to distinguish French companies with artisanal and industrial know-how of excellence.
In order to produce quality products and have 100% control of the production chain, we select our timber from the outset. It is entirely French wood since it is chosen directly from the forests located near our manufacturing workshop.
