Founded in 1820, Maison Truffes Henras is the oldest artisanal truffle cannery in the world. The Périgord black truffles that we offer are selected from our producers, washed and prepared when fully ripe so that they retain their exceptional organoleptic qualities when preserved.
We produce so-called “first boiling” preserves, meaning that the black truffles only undergo one heat treatment. They are canned directly in peak season. This process is rare and guarantees a product highly appreciated by chefs.
La Maison truffles Henras also offers a wide choice of truffle products, which we manufacture directly in our workshop, from our truffles: oils, sauces, condiments or spreads. We are also the only House to manufacture these products without adding flavoring.
