In the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees, LA MAISON XAVIER’S produces LA MOUTARDE MONTSEGUR, a range of organic artisanal mustards, made in France, from brown mustard seeds grown in Occitanie (Ariège and Aude), artisanal cider vinegar from the Pays d'Auge and Gruissan salt.
Ground very slowly with a stone mill, our fine grocery mustards retain all their flavours, for simple, natural recipes without additives or preservatives.From traditional mustard to wild garlic mustard from the Pyrenees, and even porcini mushroom mustard, each jar showcases local, organic, and carefully selected ingredients for intense and authentic flavors.
