Aware of the need to lose weight and rebalance their diet, many people are turning to restrictive diets and apps dedicated to nutrition. These solutions are not always bad, but they have one thing in common: they involve a significant mental load.
Indeed, these methods are generally based on prohibitions and calorie counting. At each meal, you must carefully weigh your food, make calculations, and keep a logbook. This leads to significant constraints, frustrations, exhaustion... which demotivate and lead to failure.
By founding maju, we decided to change things. Nutrition is a complex subject, it's true, but that doesn't mean we can't offer simple and fun solutions. The maju bowl is proof of this: its system of adjustable compartments is intuitive and adapted to everyone's objectives.
