Malàkio is an eco-design of decorative objects made from recycled shells. Inspired by the raw beauty of the sea to design objects with a unique character, combining durability and artisanal know-how, we produce all our pieces in our Nantes workshop.
We recover shellfish after human consumption then recycle them to offer an alternative to the use of harmful materials in order to contribute to the environmental transition.
Malàkio works to support the local, artisanal economy and sustainable production, with a production process without cooking in order to have the smallest possible carbon footprint.
