BLACK M'AMA: the classic Italian espresso produced by our artisan roasting in Italy. This coffee is of 100% Robusta origin. Coffee connoisseurs know that Robusta beans produce full-bodied, intense and enveloping coffees, slightly aromatic and with low acidity. The "Black M'ama" has hints of dried fruit in the cup and a bitter cocoa aftertaste. Its cream is thick and dark hazelnut in color.
