The Mama Kombucha factory is the meeting of passionate craftsmen, a committed and creative team.
We offer healthy, lively drinks, rich in probiotics and delicately sparkling.
We have created a range of 6 aromatic, fruity, minty, spicy flavors.
Our recipes are designed in our workshop in Bordeaux where we brew the tea and raise the Kombucha mothers, everything is then bottled and labeled by hand.
Our Kombucha is artisanal, it comes from a natural fermentation of sourced Sencha green tea, aromatic plants, raw organic roots and local fruits, all infused by us.
Here we respect the living and we preserve the true taste of Kombucha. We do not filter, we do not pasteurize and we do not add artificial flavors or CO2.
We are committed to the quality of our organic fruits and plants grown by our local producers and pickers located in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region.
