"Fleur de sel mani", salt flower from Mani Rocks. It is created in small salt pans that are naturally formed on the coastal rocks of the steep slopes of Mani. Collected by hand by experienced craftsmen. It has not undergone any treatment at all, which is why it retains both its moisture content and the authentic taste of the sea. Provides the body with all the necessary trace elements, such as potassium, magnesium, fluoride and vitamins.
