Brought together by a love of brilliant cocktails and constant questioning, Julie and Pierre wanted to create a simple and joyful company focused on discovery!
HAS Using local products, our workshop concocts incredible potions, with unique profiles and subtle and original tastes. Taste, taste, taste is our leitmotif! We taste everything we find around the distillery, before looking beyond.
Then we test our fermentations and macerations by creating our own recipes on our Minimouth (5L still). We repeat this adjusting the proportions until we achieve balance and accuracy for our vision.
Mammenn means “source” in Breton. We use our own water drawn and filtered directly on our property.
In addition, the distillery advocates a return to the sources in our know-how, our values but also in the ingredients that we use.
All production is manual and artisanal.
Each bottle is numbered. The ermine on the hood affixed with a hot iron is unique because we mark it manually.
We pay the greatest attention to each step to offer you exceptional spirits.
Sincerity and authenticity are our basis for creating drinks which are above all pretexts for exchanging and sharing fulfilling moments!
