Vodka VIGOUDENN 70cl / 40% vol

The first Bigouden vodka was aged in a barrel of Pommeau purchased locally (Rozavern cider house in Telgruc) and with Bigouden Honey (Samuel Roullot in Plomeur) from spring black bees, an ultra local and unique breed. For the first Bigouden vodka we have chosen to defend the main markers of the Bigouden country! For this we aged our Vigoudenn vodka in a pommeau barrel! We bought it locally, at the Rozavern cider house. We added a touch of Bigouden Honey (Samuel Roullot in Plomeur) from spring black bees, an ultra local and unique breed. Perfectly adapted to the climate, they pollinate 600 species of flowers compared to 300 for yellow ones. This therefore gives a honey with an extreme floral variety. 70cl / 40% vol. É made with ingredients sourced as locally as possible: French wheat alcohol, Bigouden honey and spring water from the distillery.
