MAMPE ELEPHANT CUMN

To be found under this name as early as 1925 in the “MAMPES Handbook for Mixers”. Fine wheat distillate from the region, carefully distilled caraway seeds, enriched with anise, fennel and lemon, rounded off with a hint of tonka bean. Bottle 0.5l (35% vol.) Our caraway schnapps is actually only drunk slightly chilled as a shot. But of course we also have a mix recommendation for those who like to experiment: 4 whole ice cubes in a long drink glass, then 4 cl Mampes caraway schnapps, 4 cl beetroot juice and pour a good apple juice spritzer on top. Finally, decorate with a sprig of basil.
