Authentic Italian pasta and sauces
What unites us at Mani in Pasta is our passion for great pasta and delicious sauce creations. We, the brothers Angelo and Gioacchino Celona and our good friend Lorenzo Corisi found ourselves in Berlin after many adventures. In love with the city, we decided to share our love of pasta and sugos with those around us.
In order to bring the tradition of handcrafted Italian pasta and sauces to Berlin, we opened our glass factory in Markthalle Neun in Berlin-Kreuzberg in 2016. In the manufactory we manufacture with products that are delivered directly from Italy. The selected and organic ingredients are combined with hand-picked, tasty recipes. For our Sugos we have been gathering experience and knowledge in direct contact with our customers for years. Seen in this way, the Sugos are the dining home version of our culinary ideas, which we realize gastronomically in our manufactory and in our restaurant.
