We are Vanessa and Stephie from Manukat. »Manu« = manufacture and »kat« = unique. One word - two halves that give you a promise: products made from sustainable materials, produced fairly, nothing off the peg, dedicated to design and made in Germany. We started with gin because we are big gin fans. And we wanted to combine that with our fable for nature.

Manukat was born out of a deep need to create things that correspond to our values and beliefs. In our jobs we saw some things that we wanted to do differently, but our hands were often tied. By starting our own company, we have the freedom to take 100% responsibility and change everything the way we want it to.

We love beautiful things that are personal and honest, that convey heart and joy and invite you to enjoy. We want to inspire, try new things and share with people. Because we love the moments that are remembered. Little stories and gifts that say: »That was really, really nice«. And it is precisely these moments that we want to create for you. Two characters that couldn't be more different - just like Vanessa and me. But the same values and the unique combination make this duo unbeatable. Vanessa, passionate saleswoman with a cheeky mouth, but a lot behind it. And Stephie, a multi-award-winning graphic designer who likes to work more in the background. We like to introduce ourselves like this: Vanessa talks and Stephie makes beautiful. That describes us best.
