Fleur de Sel Nature de Noirmoutier 250gr

Natural Atlantic sea salt, Noirmoutier Fleur de sel forms a thin layer on the surface of the water, similar to frost.  It is a finer crystallization than that of coarse salt.  Much more delicate and rare, it is harvested after a day of dry and regular east wind, which dries the surface of the brine.  We harvest, dry and sort it manually and using traditional methods.
