Because I often have to prepare things quickly in the evening, I have created various salt mixtures that I can highly recommend to you. For my lemon-ginger salt, I dried fresh lemon peel and fresh ginger and mixed them with rock salt. Not too much and not too little. The salt has a wonderfully delicate taste of lemon and ginger. I especially like to use this salt for seasoning fish, poultry and Asian dishes.
