Macadamia Nut Dressing

In summer there is always a lot going on in my factory. 

Then the many fruits and varieties of fruit arrive at my place every day. 

And they need to be processed fresh. 

In the evening my hungry family is waiting at home. 

Sometimes things just have to happen quickly. 

We then like to eat a salad. 

To make my life easier, I have developed a ready-made dressing that is unrivaled with its nutty note. 

The macadamia dressing was ready! Macadamia nuts have a very hard shell and a soft core. 

The deliciously crunchy nuts taste slightly sweet, intensely nutty and have a fine buttery aroma. My macadamia dressing is a hit both summer and winter. 

Whenever I add meat to a salad, I use it. 

Lamb's lettuce with pear slices and duck breast refined with macadamia dressing...
