Tomato Dressing

Marge's Tomato Dressing is a fruity-tomato salad dressing made from tomato puree, dried tomatoes, oil, vinegar, herbs and spices. 

It adds a fruity and spicy note to any salad and is a delicious alternative to heavy cream or mayonnaise dressings.    Our tomato dressing goes particularly well with green salads or pasta salads. 

You can also use it as a marinade for grilled vegetables or meat.
