We use as many ingredients as possible from French organic agricultural sectors, sourcing as close as possible to our workshop. Particularly for our flours made from wheat and buckwheat grown in Burgundy.
The more exotic ingredients come from fair trade.
Our recipes are short and without unnecessary ingredients. No preservatives, no colorings. And of course, no palm oil, no ultra-processed ingredients.
