Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita)

Indications: skin conditions: tired and poorly irrigated skin, dull and gray complexion, irritation, burns, sunburn, insect bites, itching, hives, psoriasis, heavy legs, hot flashes. Difficult digestion, nausea. Migraine, headache, difficulty concentrating. Warnings: not recommended for children, people with epilepsy, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Due to the risk of skin reactions, external application should be limited to the forehead, temples and earlobes. Internally, to be used for short periods to avoid any risk of hypertension. Taking peppermint and an iron supplement at the same time may interfere with proper iron absorption.
