BERGAMIA

Condiment based on extra virgin olive oil and bergamot essential oil. Golden yellow in color with green hues, it has an intense aroma with a floral aftertaste. It is recommended for seasoning fish carpaccio, pumpkin cream, pasta with bottarga, tagliolini and clams, risotto with bergamot; for marinating shellfish, cooking game, baked fish, seafood salad and finally in the preparation of crèpes, tarts, sorbets and ice cream.
