Extra virgin olive oil produced according to certified organic farming methods. From the processing of the following varieties: Frantoio, Itrana and Cima di Melfi, a yellow oil with green reflections is obtained. The taste is slightly fruity with notes of grass and mildly tart sweet almonds. On the nose it denotes a delicate aroma of fresh grass and olives.
