Naturally Sweet Wine 2021 Vintage 50% Muscat of Alexandria 50% Muscat Petit Grains DESCRIPTION Here's a Muscat that's a good match for Muscat de Rivesaltes... Very small production for this Muscat de Rivesaltes on schist, modern, light, not very sweet and very aromatic with a lot of finesse and freshness. VINIFICATION Direct cold pressing of the harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration. Fortified then cooled wine. TASTING NOTES Pale gold color. The nose is very expressive, fresh, with a dominant floral and exotic fruit aroma. On the palate, we find citrus fruits, associated with exotic fruits, lychee, stone fruits (apricot, peaches). Lots of finesse and freshness with a nice length. PAIRINGS Appetizers, desserts (peach clafoutis, etc.), blue cheeses.
