Balanced green fruitiness Extra virgin olive oil obtained from a blend of our monovarietal oils from Salonenque, Bouteillan and Aglandau. Our AOP Provence oil is balanced and of great aromatic complexity. It offers aromas of fresh grass, raw almond and green apple. Slight peppery notes and a hint of bitterness reinforce its aromatic bouquet. Assembled by us, the most versatile and harmonious of our oils, a must! All the olives included in its composition are: 100% grown and harvested in our orchard. 100% from trees native to Provence. Mechanical process and 100% on-site manufacturing in our mill.
