Aromatic green fruitiness Extra virgin olive oil obtained from a single variety of olive: 100% Bouteillan, Bouteillan oil offers a nice freshness on the palate, with herbaceous or floral aromas, and some peppery notes. The most aromatic of our monovarietal oils! All the olives included in its composition are: 100% grown and harvested from the 500 Bouteillan olive trees in our estate. 100% from trees native to Provence. Mechanical process and 100% carried out on site in our mill.
