Light green fruitiness Extra virgin olive oil obtained from a single variety of olive: 100% Grossane. Grossane oil is soft and harmonious, finely scented without bitterness or ardence (spiciness). Rare, elegant and subtle, it sublimates raw cuisine! All the olives included in its composition are: 100% grown and harvested from the 500 Grossane olive trees in our orchard. 100% from trees native to Provence. Mechanical process and 100% on-site manufacturing in our mill.
