For four generations, the Chaine family has cultivated the lands of Mas Roberty, in the heart of Provence. Today, the new generation continues this family adventure by dedicating themselves to the cultivation of olive trees and the production of organic extra virgin olive oils.
Our range was born from the desire to offer olive oils with strong personalities. To bring it to life, we chose olive varieties known for the uniqueness of their aromatic profiles. Each vintage has its own identity, character and preferred pairings in the kitchen. From vegetal and herbaceous notes to delicately peppery ripe fruitiness, from aromas of black olive and tapenade to our Provençal herb oil, they compose a palette of flavors designed to accompany both everyday cooking and gastronomic creations.
At Mas Roberty, we cultivate our olive trees using organic farming methods with the same high standards at every stage. From orchard management to the production of our oils, every decision is guided by respect for the fruit in order to accurately express the full richness of its aromas.
